Poultry Nutrition Premix Manufacturer — Broiler, Layer & Breeder

Reduce days-to-market, cut feed costs, and improve shell quality — FCR-optimised broiler, layer, and breeder premixes with overrun-compensated vitamin formulation so label-claim potency reaches the bird, not the conditioner. AGP-free compatible and BIS 1374 compliant.

Overview

Vitamin-mineral premixes engineered for poultry productivity

Fewer days to slaughter weight, a lower feed conversion ratio, and fewer flock mortality events — these are the production gains our broiler, layer, and breeder premixes are formulated to deliver. Egg production efficiency, shell quality, and hatchability in parent flocks are equally direct functions of micronutrient premix quality, and every formulation decision we make begins with those performance targets rather than with ingredient availability.

Our poultry premixes are formulated with overrun compensation for pelleting conditions up to 85°C — vitamin inclusion levels are pre-calculated so that label claim is met post-conditioning, not pre-conditioning. Premixes are AGP-free compatible for markets where antibiotic growth promoter prohibition applies, and supplied with full BIS and export documentation.

Technical

Formulated for the economics of poultry production

In poultry, every gram of feed matters. Our premix development process starts with production economics — optimising bioavailability and overrun levels to maximise the value of every kilogram of premix in the finished feed.

View our manufacturing capabilities

Pelleting overrun compensation

Vitamin inclusion levels pre-calculated to achieve label claim post-conditioning at 80–90°C — not just heat-resistance, but verified label delivery.

Niacin: obligate B-vitamin in poultry

Unlike most mammals, poultry have a very limited ability to convert the amino acid tryptophan to niacin (vitamin B3) via the kynurenine pathway — so dietary niacin supplementation is an obligate component of every poultry B-vitamin package. Niacin deficiency in broilers causes black tongue, poor feathering, and leg weakness (bowing and perosis); in chicks it manifests rapidly as severe leg deformity. All our poultry premixes include niacin at levels calibrated for each life stage.

BIS documentation

Full BIS 1374 compliance documentation — specification sheets, CoAs, and regulatory declarations for domestic market compound feed manufacturer requirements.

Anticoccidial compatibility

Premix carrier materials and vitamin forms confirmed compatible with major ionophore and synthetic anticoccidial programmes used in commercial broiler production.

FCR performance benchmarking

Formulations developed with reference to published broiler and layer FCR and production data — with technical support for on-farm performance monitoring.

Custom inclusion rate formulation

Premixes developed for the specific inclusion rate required by each compound feed manufacturer — 250 g/MT, 500 g/MT, or customer-specified target.
