Formulation Rigour
Our R&D and QC teams in Faridabad work to WHO, FSSAI FSS 2018, and FAO/UNICEF specifications for Human Nutrition formulations, and BIS/AAFCO/FEDIAF feed standards for Animal Nutrition formulations. Every premix blend is evidence-driven — nutrient ratios, carrier matrices, and stability data are documented before anything leaves the facility. You will work where the science is non-negotiable.
Cross-Functional Accountability
NutraX operates with lean, cross-functional teams: formulation scientists sit next to QC analysts, who sit next to export compliance executives. Every role carries direct ownership — there is no hand-off culture. You will see your decisions through from lab to dispatch.
Export-Facing Work
Our products reach government nutrition programmes, WFP tenders, and commercial brands across 30+ countries. That means our regulatory, documentation, and business development roles are genuinely international in scope — from Codex compliance to phytosanitary certificates to FOB contract management.
Defined Growth Paths
Roles here are built to expand. A QC Analyst grows into QC Lead, then Quality Head. An R&D Scientist moves into Formulation Manager and eventually heads a product vertical. Because we are building the organisation now, the people joining us early define what these tracks look like for everyone who follows.
