What We Supply
Validated Mycotoxin Binders for Multi-Toxin Contamination
Mycotoxin contamination affects a large share of the global grain supply every year. Aflatoxins, fumonisins, deoxynivalenol (DON), zearalenone, and trichothecenes co-contaminate the maize, wheat, and soyabean that form the backbone of most compound feed — suppressing immune function, damaging gut integrity, impairing reproductive performance, and in severe cases causing acute toxicosis.
Clay-based binders alone are not enough. They adsorb aflatoxin well but have poor efficacy against trichothecenes and fumonisins. Our broad-spectrum toxin binder blends combine high-adsorption modified aluminosilicate clay with yeast cell wall fractions (MOS, beta-glucan) that capture the toxins clay misses, plus liver-support compounds that help clear toxins already absorbed before the binder takes effect.
All adsorption claims are validated using EFSA-method in-vitro assays at gastric and intestinal pH. We do not report adsorption at a single pH or under non-physiological conditions. We supply the assay data alongside every product so you can assess efficacy independently.
Regulatory & Quality Standards
EU Commission Regulation 2015/786 (Mycotoxin Binders)
European regulatory framework covering approved binder substances, efficacy demonstration requirements, and safety for target species.
EFSA Guidance on Mycotoxin Binders (2009)
European Food Safety Authority methodology for in-vitro and in-vivo efficacy testing — the standard we follow for adsorption validation.
BIS IS 1374 / Feed Additives Regulations (India)
Indian Standards for approved feed additives including mycotoxin management compounds.
IARC Aflatoxin Classification (Group 1 Carcinogen)
International Agency for Research on Cancer classification framework driving mandatory aflatoxin management in food animal supply chains.
EU Directive 2002/32/EC (Undesirable Substances)
EU maximum levels for mycotoxins in animal feed — compliance basis for export to European compound feed markets.
WHO GMP (Current)
Manufacturing quality system governing batch uniformity, raw material testing, and traceability.
Product Range
Toxin Binder Types We Manufacture
Modified Aluminosilicate (HSCAS) Binders
Surface-modified hydrated sodium calcium aluminosilicate with reduced cation exchange capacity to minimise vitamin and mineral adsorption. High-capacity aflatoxin adsorption (>95% at 0.5% inclusion) validated at gastric and intestinal pH.
Mycotoxins Covered
Yeast Cell Wall (MOS/Beta-Glucan) Binders
Mannanoligosaccharide (MOS) and beta-1,3/1,6-glucan fractions from Saccharomyces cerevisiae cell walls. Multi-mechanism action: mycotoxin adsorption, gut barrier protection, and immune modulation. Effective against trichothecenes and fumonisins where clay efficacy is low.
Mycotoxins Covered
Broad-Spectrum Multi-Mycotoxin Binders
Our most comprehensive formulation — HSCAS clay + yeast cell wall + liver-support compounds (organic selenium, betaine, silymarin). Targets the full co-contamination spectrum typical of tropical and subtropical feed ingredient supplies.
Mycotoxins Covered
Bentonite Aflatoxin Adsorbent
High-purity sodium bentonite for cost-effective aflatoxin management in poultry and swine operations where aflatoxin is the primary mycotoxin challenge. Supplied in fine-milled grades for premix incorporation or top-dress application.
Mycotoxins Covered
Fumonisin-Specific Binder Blends
Cholestyramine-analogous binders and modified clays with validated fumonisin B1 adsorption for swine and equine operations using maize-based diets. Critical for preventing equine leukoencephalomalacia and porcine pulmonary oedema syndromes.
Mycotoxins Covered
Aquaculture Mycotoxin Management Blends
Water-stable toxin binder formulations for aquaculture feed. Aflatoxin and fumonisin management in fish and shrimp diets based on maize and soyabean meal, with yeast cell wall immunomodulatory support for disease resistance.

Technical Capabilities
How We Validate & Manufacture Toxin Binders
We only claim what we can demonstrate. Every toxin binder formulation we sell is validated through EFSA-method in-vitro adsorption assays before commercial launch — and we provide the data with every product.
EFSA-Method In-Vitro Adsorption Assay
Adsorption percentage measured at pH 3 (gastric) and pH 6.5 (intestinal) for all regulated mycotoxins. Results expressed as percentage adsorption at physiologically relevant binder:toxin ratios.
Multi-Toxin Co-Contamination Testing
Adsorption efficacy assessed in multi-mycotoxin matrices that simulate real feed contamination scenarios — not single-toxin idealised conditions. Competition between toxins for binding sites is quantified.
Mineral Adsorption Safety Assessment
Each binder formulation tested for unintended adsorption of key minerals (Zn, Mn, Cu, Fe) and vitamins (B1, B12) at recommended inclusion rates. Compensation recommendations provided where adsorption is detected.
Raw Material Origin & Purity Verification
Clay raw materials tested for crystalline silica content, heavy metals (Pb, Cd, As, Hg), and dioxin/PCB levels before incorporation — essential for export market compliance and food safety chain integrity.
Particle Size & Homogeneity Control
Binder particle size specified to ensure uniform distribution in the premix matrix and the finished feed. Blending homogeneity verified by coefficient of variation analysis on every commercial batch.
GMP-Certified Batch Production
Full electronic batch records, raw material traceability, and retain samples maintained for every commercial batch. CoA issued from NABL-accredited third-party analysis before dispatch.
