Water is the most consumed input in any production system. A 5-week broiler flock consumes approximately twice its feed weight in water — making drinker line sanitation as important as feed quality for disease control. Contaminated drinking water is a direct transmission route for Salmonella, E. coli, Campylobacter, and Clostridium, all of which thrive in biofilm that forms in nipple drinker lines, headers, and storage tanks.
Our drinking water product range covers continuous acidification — maintaining a low-pH environment that inhibits pathogen growth during the production cycle — and shock disinfection with chlorine dioxide or hydrogen peroxide-based products for between-flock deep cleaning of biofilm and mineral scale.
